Cancellation Policies

The reservation can be cancelled without penalty if made before 12:00pm one week prior to the expected arrival date. 
In the case of cancellation after this time our policy is as follows:
√ Your account will be charged for the first night of the stay for cancellations made after 12:00 pm one week prior to the expected arrival date
√ For the first 2 nights of the stay for cancellations made after 12:00 pm three days prior to the expected arrival date
√ The entire amount of the stay in the event of a  “No-Show” and for cancellations made the day of the expected arrival date.
